Raphiel is the great Archangel of Healing, one of the three Archangels mentioned in both Islam, Judaism and Christianity. You can call on Raphael for physical and emotional healing but also to work on health concerns you may have such as cravings or addictions, doubts or fears about your abiliities and other ailments.

Raphael also aids healers working with others. We can ALL work with Raphael to send healing energy to wherever it is needed in the world, so you are challenged this week to use the Light Activation meditation below.

TODAY’S CHALLENGE: Take the opportunity this weekend to focus on your personal wellbeing. What steps can you take to improve your diet or fitness? Perhaps take the opportunity to rest, relax and become grounded and centered – even if just for a few minutes each day.
