Cancellations & Refunds

This page covers our returns, cancellations and refund policies for products such as books and CDs, services such as consultations and events such as workshops and retreats.

PRODUCTS INCLUDING BOOKS, CDs & CARD SETS


We offer a full refund on all items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us by email (support@guidedbyangels.com or telephone +44 01223 969858 prior to returning your item.

Send your item to: 10 Brook Cottages, Stansted, ESSEX, CM248NH, United Kingdom. We recommend sending using a signed-for service and keeping proof of delivery. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds are not available:
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs and DVDs that have been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@angellight.co.uk.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We will replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged. Please report your defective item to us FIRST. Send us an email at support@guidedbyangels.com or call us on 01223 969858 prior to returning the item.

SERVICES INCLUDING COURSES & CONSULTATIONS


You can cancel your booking for a course within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact us by email (support@guidedbyangels.com) or telephone +44 01223 969858 in the first instance.

After 30 days, if you are paying for a course via a subscription you may cancel that subscription at any time and no further payments will be taken.

Where printed items have been sent to you, we request that you return them at the same time as cancelling your booking. Send your items to: 10 Brook Cottages, Stansted, ESSEX, CM248NH, United Kingdom. We recommend sending using a signed-for service and keeping proof of delivery.

You cancel your booking for a consultation up to 7 days prior to the agreed consultation date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may incur an administration charge. Please contact us by email (support@guidedbyangels.com) or telephone +44 01223 969858 in the first instance.

EVENTS INCLUDING WORKSHOPS & RETREATS


Where a booking is for a workshop or retreat, please check the specific refund terms for each event, which may vary. Typically there is a sliding scale of refunds based on how close it is to the event. Inevitably where we have incurred external reservation costs or internal administration costs, these will be deducted from your refund.

If no specific refund terms are listed for the event, our refund policy is:

  • Cancellations with more than 30 days before the event – 100% refund
  • Cancellations with between 29 and 14 days before the event – 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 14 days before the event – no refund (although we will attempt to find an alternative customer for your booking in which case a refund will be given less any administration costs.)

TRANSFERS
In most cases, you may transfer a booking for a course, consultation or event to another person. However please contact us in the first instance to discuss.
