This assignment is an analysis of your existing or future customers. It will help you to think about the kind of people you want to attract and ‘get inside the minds’ of potential clients. Finally there is a small challenge – to write an informative and compelling message about your work. I suggest you read through the document first, then work through it step-by-step. You may need reflect on some of the questions, do some online research or even go and ask existing customers, colleagues or friends.
